May 20 is Bike to Work Day and the day we will announce the winner of the Car-Free Diet Skeptics Challenge. The DC region has had a huge turnout for Bike to Work Day with pit stops all over Virginia, Maryland and DC. There are three in Arlington - Ballston, Crystal City and Rosslyn.
The Skeptics winner will be announced at the Rosslyn pit stop between 7:45 and 8:00 am. Who will win the trophy - Kyle or Matt? Both have done a great job going car free for 30 days and sharing their experiences online.
