Enrique Penalosa & Bogota Colombia

Following up on Chris Hamilton's earlier post today about people oriented cities, here's more about Enrique Penalosa and the projects undertaken in recent years in Bogotá.  In this brief video, Penalosa talks about his vision for New York City, where he recently resided while at NYU.
