WMATA SmarTrip Pilot Seeks Volunteers

If you have a registered SmarTrip card and use Metrorail and/or Metrobus, ART, CUE, DASH, DC Circulator, Fairfax Connector, Ride On or The Bus, you're eligible to take part in a WMATA pilot to test passes on SmarTrip.

To participate, you should already use Metrobus Weekly Flash, Senior Weekly Flash, Disabled Weekly Flash or the Metrorail Short Trip or Fast Pass, and have a registered SmarTrip card.  As an incentive for volunteers, you pay for three weekly passes and the fourth week will be provided by Metro.

The pilot period begins August 2010.
